摘要: Levels of use health information technology vary dramatically both by country and within country. While there are many reasons for this, one major is that the financial benefits implementing not necessarily assigned with payment approach. Another in single-payer systems most chronically financially strapped they lack mechanisms to support new investments. Nonetheless, it has become clear policy approaches can have a impact on adoption levels, advancement standards, clinical data exchange, among other domains.
