摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the techniques for carrying out microbeam or partial cell irradiations, and also describes biochemical effects of irradiation. In ultraviolet field both Bessis Nomarski Czihak described pieces apparatus producing very finely focused beam down to 1 μ in diameter. Among new ionizing microbeams Pohlit has an electron canon a bundle electrons IL diameter using magnetic lens focus beam. Also among heavy particle Morgan et al. have novel high-energy proton microbeam. One most recent interesting developments is optical by who used ruby “LASER” (Light Amplification Stimulated Emission Radiation) as source microscope reverse reduce extremely intense light The morphological produced irradiation such as: paling, pindle disappearance, phragmoplast other chromosomal effects. experiments ultraviolet, on nuclear processes following cytoplasm are observed. some cases same area with radiation does not produce effect there appears be quite fundamental difference between action and, example, protons.
