Rutile TiO2(101) based plasmonic nanostructures

摘要: Abstract TiO 2 /Ag and /Au nanocrystalline multilayer thin films were deposited using pulsed laser deposition technique. Investigations have been made to understand the influence of different phases on surface plasmon characteristics films. Rutile phase is found be a good host matrix for both Ag Au nanoparticles. Compared silver, gold nanoparticles are enhance photocatalytic activity by exhibiting broad intense absorption with significant shift longer wavelength region.
