摘要: Iron is a major constituent of the soil, however its availability to plants and microorganisms limited at neutral or basic pH levels (O’Connor et al., 1971). Fluorescent pseudomonads are able produce iron chelating compounds, siderophores, under stress conditions (Meyer Abdallah, 1978; Neilands, 1981; Raymonds 1984; Teintze et. 1981). The siderophores enable bacteria grow low concentrations compete with other microorganisms. Antagonism by soil towards certain microflora has been subject number recent reports. Kloepper (1980) showed that either Pseudomonas strain B10 siderophore, pseudobactin can cause soils conducive Fusarium become suppressive.
