摘要: Abstract The effects of different Zn addition (0, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 wt%) on the microstructure and mechanical properties cast Mg–1Nd–1Ce–Zr alloy in as-cast, solution-treated 200 °C peak-aged conditions were studied. Precipitates are significantly modified by addition. In Zn-free alloy, disk-shaped prismatic precipitates point-like main strengthening phases. When 0.2 Zn is added, refined very fine basal form additionally. 0.5 Zn become phase. Further increasing to 1.0%, only spare exist. has highest strength at room temperature, whose yield strength, ultimate tensile elongation T6 condition 136 MPa, 237 MPa 9%, respectively.
