摘要: Continuous hydroprocessing of liquid phase pyrolysis Bio-oil, provided by BDI-BioEnergy International bioCRACK pilot plant at OMV Refinery in Schwechat/Vienna Austria was investigated. These tests showed promising results using catalytic strategies developed for unfractionated Bio-oil. A sulfided base metal catalyst (CoMo on Al2O3) evaluated. The bed operated 400 °C a continuous-flow reactor pressure 12.1 MPa with flowing hydrogen. condensed products were analyzed and found that the hydrocarbon significantly hydrotreated so nitrogen sulfur below level detection (<0.05), while residual oxygen ranged from 0.7 to 1.2%. density varied 0.71 g mL−1 up 0.79 correlated change hydrogen carbon atomic ratio 2.1 down 1.9. product quality remained high throughout extended suggesting minimal loss activity through test. data needed assess fuel obtained process as well comparison fast Bio-oils fluidized-bed operation.
