摘要: Abstract Background Regular exercise is associated with numerous benefits; yet up to 91% of patients heart failure (HF) do not regularly. This study explored factors supporting long-term adherence in HF. Design was a qualitative multiple-case study. Methods Data were collected via semi-structured interviews from HF at completion an 18-month intervention health care facility and analyzed using directed content analysis approach. Results Participants (n=22) identified perceived status, scheduling/making part routine, social support coaches family, knowledge about exercise, motivation/perseverance as supports for adherence.
