摘要: Exchange bias (EB) is a shift of the hysteresis loop from its normal position, symmetric around H = 0, to E ≠ 0. It occurs when ferromagnetic (F) materials are in close contact with variety antiferromagnets (AF). Here we propose model that describes EB phenomenon for magnetically compensated interface. Based on extensive experimental evidence, especially memory effect, and ample computer simulations, suggest canted spin configuration AF interface freezes into metastable (spin glass like) state, Neel temperature. As consequence spring-like magnet or incomplete domain wall (IDW) structure develops F slab. The energy reversibly stored this IDW. results extract, both analytically through qualitatively quantitatively compatible available information.
