摘要: Many transition metal dichalcogenides have been predicted and verified experimentally to exhibit topological semimetallic behavior due symmetry breaking. NiTe2 is belong an interesting class of materials: type-II semimetal. Here, we report the growth, structural, magnetic properties polycrystalline nanostructures synthesized using a two-step solvothermal technique. Nanostructures crystalize in hexagonal CdI2-type structure (space group P 3 ¯ m 1) with lattice parameters a = b = 3.85 A c = 5.26 A. paramagnetic at room temperature display large increase magnetization below 30 K. These results will certainly pave way fully understand one- two-dimensional for that can be useful novel device applications.
