摘要: Immediate and short-term results of endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ETS) for primary hyperhidrosis are good. Adverse effects have been identified clearly supposed to decrease with time. In this institutional report, the long-term ETS regard efficacy, side patient satisfaction presented. Fifteen patients were included mean follow-up time was 12+/-2 years. success rate, rate compensatory sweating degree assessed. We detected 8 (53%) complaining about a decent moderate recurrence hand gustatory observed in 9 (60%) 5 (33%) patients, respectively. Reported related surgery paresthesias upper limb wall recurrent pain axillary region one. At an average 12 years after surgery, 47% satisfied treatment results, 40% disappointed. Six (40%) affirmed they would ask operation if it be redone. Our findings indicate that deteriorate does not improve It is mandatory inform potential adverse before surgery.
