摘要: A new, accurate and efficient model for long range transmission planning is developed in this paper. The applies a constrained genetic algorithm where the system stability constraints, terms of upper lower limits on bus voltage magnitudes swing angles, are easily included. ac load flow equations also included algorithm. An cost function formulated both fixed variable costs all planned facilities included, addition to energy losses. then minimized, subject using capable handling static mode planning, as well dynamic accurately not series statically build-up plans. IEEE 6-bus test used justify applicability new model.
