摘要: A fluorometric method sufficiently sensitive to determine 0.1 5 µg of tryptamine in body fluids and tissues is described. The involves an extraction with benzene, cyclization formaldehyde produce tetrahydronorharman followed by a dehydrogenation form the highly fluorescent product norharman. By omitting extraction, procedure can be applied measure tryptophan fingertip blood.
