摘要: Abstract In the paper, thermodynamic parameters of high-pressure superconducting state in SiH4 compound have been determined ( p = 250 GPa ) . By using Eliashberg equations mixed representation, critical temperature, energy gap, and electron effective mass calculated. It has stated that temperature (TC) decreases from 51.65 K to 20.62 K, if Coulomb pseudopotential increases μ ⋆ ∈ 〈 0.1 , 0.3 〉 The dimensionless ratio 2 Δ 0 / k B T C 4.10 3.84, where symbol denotes value order parameter close zero temperature. band is high, it reaches maximum equal 1.95 for
