摘要: We investigated the effects of vitamin B1 deficiency on meiosis maturation oocytes. Female Crl:CD1 (ICR) mice were fed a 20% casein diet (control group) or B1–free (test group). The concentration in ovary was approximately 30% lower test group than control group. Oocyte not affected by when accompanied body weight loss. On contrary, frequency abnormal oocyte increased loss (referred to as severe deficiency; oocyte, 13.8% vs 43.7%, P  = .0071). oocytes decreased refeeding B1–containing (13.9% 22.9%,  = .503). These results suggest that inhibited meiotic but did damage immature
