摘要: Efficiency of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment respiratory failure has been shown many published studies. In this review article, we introduced new modalities (NIV), clinical settings which NIV can be used and a practical summary latest official guidelines by European Respiratory Clinical Practice. trials articles four databases up to 25 February 2018 about were reviewed. Commonly for include: CPAP (continuous airway pressure) BiPAP (bilevel or NIPSV (noninvasive support ventilation). The limitations method are trigger cycle asynchrony, inadequate volume delivery increased rate. Newer methods, such as adaptive servo-ventilation, have developed treat central complex sleep apnea NAVA (neutrally adjusted ventilatory assist) improve asynchrony. proportional assist ventilation, unlike with patient effort (flow) tidal increases it prevents increase rate distress. High-flow nasal cannula is technique that does not provide support, but provides mixture oxygen patient. use pursed-lip breathing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients reduces dyspnea (decreases rate) blood saturation. New comfort patient-ventilator interactions, recommended failure.
