摘要: One single injection of 75 μg 5,6- or 5,7-dihydroxytryptamine into the anterior eye chamber rats induces a loss catecholamine fluorescence in adrenergic nerves by 6 hours. 2 1÷2 days after application either drug sprouting new terminals from non-degenerated preterminal axons located iris periphery is observed. This regrowth results complete reconstitution ground plexus during one month.
