摘要: Software quality improvement for product or service must begin from its root, i.e., Workflow (WF) processes and consequently extend benefits to knowledge management. However, most research on Management Systems (WFMS) focus prediction, tracking monitoring, not evaluation of these processes. We propose a weighted layered methodology assess diverse WF form best practices, enhancing the value managed enable update, reuse refinement codified in meta-models reference meta-models, which subsequently can function as implementation roadmaps. Findings surveys two airline systems are presented.
