摘要: Abstract Fluorine doped diamond-like carbon (F-DLC) coatings were deposited on Ti-6Al-4V alloy using a hollow cathode plasma immersion ion implantation deposition system. The aim of this work is to investigate the influence F content surface morphology, structure, mechanical and tribological properties (under air stroke-physiological saline solution) F-DLC coatings. results reveal that ratio H/fE instead H/E can be well predicting anti-wear when have enough adhesion strength, where H hardness, E Young's modulus f friction coefficient. with high exhibit excellent property under air. low present super-low coefficient wear rate in solution. Reasons for are proposed combination films' morphology property.
