摘要: We report detailed dc and ac magnetic susceptibilities, specific heat, thermal conductivity measurements on the frustrated magnet ${\mathrm{ZnCr}}_{2}{\mathrm{Se}}_{4}$. At low temperatures, with an increasing field, this spinel material goes through a series of spin state transitions from helix to spiral then fully polarized state. Our results indicate direct quantum phase transition As system approaches criticality, we find strong fluctuations spins behaviors such as unconventional ${T}^{2}$-dependent heat temperature-independent mean free path for transport. complete full diagram ${\mathrm{ZnCr}}_{2}{\mathrm{Se}}_{4}$ under external field propose possibility criticality extended densities critical modes account unusual low-energy excitations in vicinity criticality. reveal that is rare example 3D exhibiting field-driven properties.
