摘要: A laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV) using a semiconductor diode (LD) with its self-mixing effect has been developed. signal, caused by mixing returned wave an originally existing inside the LD, is detected photodetector in LD package; it also picked up from variation of driving voltage. When light weak enough, confirms that there no change single-mode oscillation and spectral width LD. LDV this type compact enough for many applications.
