摘要: Anyone entering the field of renin-angiotensin system will be faced with a choice many techniques for determination different components system. These are so numerous that it is impossible one group investigators to have had direct experience all methods. To sort useful from less or poor ones, could difficult indeed. However, intention authors first discuss procedures measurement angiotensin and describe here in some detail renin activity concentration. Angiotensin I-converting enzyme, angiotensinases radioimmunoassays discussed another chapter.
