In silico analysis of motifs in promoters of Differentially Expressed Genes in rice (Oryza sativa L.) under anoxia

摘要: The aim of this study was to characterise the molecular mechanisms transcriptional regulation Differentially Expressed Genes (DEGs) in rice coleoptiles under anoxia by identifying motifs that are common promoter region co-regulated genes. Un-changed DEGs ( −2), up-regulated (≥2 fold) and down-regulated (≤2 were separated three different data sets. Their gene promoters extracted from eukaryotic database. Statistically significant consensus detected silico method. A variation number motifs, motif their sequences between UR-DEGs DR-DEGs might be responsible for related expression.
