摘要: An important step in the search for an environment favorable to development of exobiologicallife was accomplished 1995 with discovery by Mayor and Queloz [1] first extrasolar planet orbiting a star similar Sun, 51 Pegasi. As proximity large luminosity contrast between prevent be seen directly, its presence inferred from induced modulation observed stellar radial velocity. This method provides interesting information on orbital characteristics system, although giving only access minimum mass planetary companion (projection effect due non-alignment plane line sight). Nevertheless, radialvelocity technique, whose precision allows giant-planet detections, has proven since then very efficient. During past 6 years impressive series new enthusiastic results domain were announced. New candidates are regularly pointed out teams «planet hunters« monitoring high-precision velocities. Also number various approaches field explored aiming better understand constrain formation.
