摘要: Background: Laparoscopic splenectomy (LS) is considered the gold standard for treatment of hematologic disease spleen. Intraoperative bleeding main complication and cause conversion during LS. In this paper, we present our experience with 112 LS procedures, comparing two different techniques instruments spleen dissection hilar vascular control. Methods: We have performed a total procedures in 9 years affiliated university hospitals. There were 48 males 64 females (median age, 32.8 years). Indications as follows: idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) 42 patients, hereditary spherocitosis 28, 6 β-talassemia, 1 hemolitic anemia, 27 lymphoma, 2 leukemia, 3 splenic cysts, PPT cases.
