摘要: Background: Clinical practice guidelines are being developed for a number of topics in medicine to decrease variability and improve evidenced-based care. Within orthopaedic surgery, the American Academy Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) has dedicated committee that produces these clinical on variety issues. One such issue was treatment pediatric diaphyseal femoral fractures, with guideline published 2009.
