摘要: Abstract We have established a lung adenocarcinoma cell line, ETCC016, from pleural effusion of male Singaporean Chinese with advanced adenocarcinoma. The subject smoked 20 cigarettes per day for more than 30 years. line arose spontaneous transformation cells grown in collagen-coated culture dish. Transformed characteristics the include ability to reach high confluency dish, low doubling time, form colonies soft agar, and solid tumor immune-compromised SCID mice.
