摘要: Prometryn is a selective herbicide commonly used in agriculture as the commercial preparation, Gesagard. Goldfish (Carassius auratus) exposure for 96h to 0.2, 1, or 5mgL(-1) Gesagard 500FW (corresponding 0.1, 0.5, and 2.5mgL(-1) of prometryn) on indices oxidative stress (lipid peroxides, protein carbonyls, thiol content) activities antioxidant related enzymes gills, liver, kidney was studied. Gills appeared be most resistant treatment, reacting only highest concentration with enhanced levels low molecular mass thiols glutathione S-transferase (GST) reductase. 0.2-5mgL(-1) resulted enhancement carbonyl level activity superoxide dismutase (SOD), but reduced lipid peroxide (LOOH) content peroxidase liver. Kidney main target organ toxicity, showing greatest number parameters affected even under concentrations herbicide. An increase L-SH SOD accompanied decreased catalase, GST, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase LOOH treated fish. The treatment also induced various histological changes goldfish liver which could their dysfunction. present study indicates that differing intensities three tissues demonstrated would best analyze, reveal, monitor effects
