摘要: Objective : To compare the effects of zidovudine (ZDV) on clonal maturation hematopoietic progenitors obtained from bone marrow women child-bearing age with its marrow, liver and blood fetuses. We also sought to determine whether adverse ZDV fetal hematopoiesis resulted exclusively an action progenitors, or involved inhibition production growth factors. Participants Hematopoietic were bone-marrow aspirates seven age, mid-trimester abortuses, umbilical cord term infants. Methods added increasing concentrations assays after which we assayed counted number erythrocytes per erythroid clone neutrophils granulocytic clone. Light-density cell fractions enriched CD34+ progenitor studied. In other studies determined effect granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) protein [enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)] mRNA by maternal monocytes, erythropoietin (ELISA) Hep3B cells. Results Mature most sensitive maturation, multipotent resistant. Erythroid all neonatal sources more than those adult women. The inhibitory explained cells ; no was observed G-CSF erythropoietin. Conclusions speculate that low hematocrits neonates delivered antenatal treatment are due reduced inhibited a greater extent progenitors.
