摘要: The intravital level of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) was measured for the first time and imbalance key excitatory inhibitory neurotransmitters in brain frontal lobes patients with ultra-high risk schizophrenia studied. proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H MRS) MEGA-PRESS pulse sequence separating superimposed signals used. area interest anterior cingulate cortex account lateralization right left hemispheres. A statistically significant decrease GABA concentration (by 25%) [GABA]/[GLX] ratio (GLX is glutamate + glutamine) 20%) were found hemisphere, this hemisphere remaining at normal level.
