摘要: C-banding patterns and nucleolar activity were analyzed in Dasypyrum villosum, its added chromosomes to hexaploid wheat the amphiploid Triticum dicoccum-D. villosum. Two different populations of allogamous species D. villosum (2n= 14, VV) from Greece Italy showing a similar polymorphism for pattern. Six seven addition lines identified by their characteristic No between both members each alien chromosome was found. Furthermore, competition studied using silver staining procedure. In only one pair, A, found be responsible organizing nucleoli. The results obtained demonstrate that is restricted SAT-chromosomes 1B 6B wheat, while those remain inactive.
