摘要: Fruits and vegetables are soft, fleshy, edible plant products and, because of their high moisture content, relatively perishable in the freshly harvested state. Botanically, word “fruit” refers to mature seed-bearing structures flowering plants; this covers a very wide heterogeneous group products, including cereals, pulses, oilseeds, spices, fleshy fruits. The fruits, however, represent well-defined class on own exhibit variety products. They have much common from culinary point view with developed other parts body, commonly referred as vegetables. Although botanically line between fruits cannot be clearly drawn, been differentiated based verbal usage way which they consumed. Popularly, term has restricted its use those botanical that fragrant, aromatic flavors either naturally sweet or normally sweetened sugar before eating; is, essentially consumed dessert items. “vegetable,” contrast, is applied all usually eaten meat, fish, savory dish, fresh cooked.
