摘要: This paper presents the high power density and efficiency DC-DC converter for 400V-DC distribution system. The full-bridge is used typical topology. However, there are some problems such as surge voltage occurrence. Here, miniaturization of isolated using LLC resonant which can achieve soft-switching operation without auxiliary circuit considered. prototype test evaluated by experimentally. As a result, 12.5W/cm3 over 95% achieved.
