摘要: In this paper, the Polyjet technology was applied to build high-Q X-band resonators and low loss filters for first time. As one of state-of-the-art 3-D printing technologies, technique produces RF models with finest resolution outstanding surface finish in a clean, fast affordable way. The measured resonator 0.3% frequency shift yielded quality factor 214 at 10.26 GHz. A Vertically stacked two-cavity bandpass filter an insertion 2.1 dB 5.1% bandwidth (BW) realized successfully. dimensional tolerance process found be less than 0.5%. well matched performance filter, as fine feature size indicate that is suitable implementation cost devices.
