摘要: RESUMO Os autores apresentam om caso de infeccao por Strongyloides stercoralis noma doente imunocompetente, detectado no decurso avaliacao microbiologica da expectoracao para diagnostico etiologico hemoptises. A observacao esfregacos corados pela tecnica Ziehl-Neelsen, revelou larvas rhabditoides, resistentes a desco’oracao pelo acidoalcool (seguidamente confirmadas preparacao fresco mesma amostra), permitindo identificacao do agente causal provavel. E apontada atitude terapeutica necessaria resolucao quadro clinico. REV PORT PNEUMOL 1999; V (1): 91-98
