摘要: Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is the main virulence factor of Gram-negative bacteria, which can incite inflammation in tissues by inducing cells to secrete a variety proinflammatory mediators, including cytokines, chemokines, interleukins, and prostaglandins. Herein, we chose LPS as an inducer establish inflammatory model HeLa cells, explored effects on energy metabolism. We treated with different concentrations (0, 0.4, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 6.0 μg/mL) for 24 h, its intercellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels, nitrous oxide (NO) content, mitochondrial functions, enzyme activities related Furthermore, used metabonomics study metabolites that participated found positive correlation between intracellular ATP levels. In addition, increased NO production, altered strengthened glycolytic activities, changed Hence, this study, showed strengthen metabolism enhancing glycolysis, could be early diagnostic biomarker or novel therapeutic target inflammation-associated cancers.
