摘要: The possible sources of error that may affect the in vivo X-ray fluorescence measurement lead bone are identified and estimated by Monte Carlo simulation this paper. specific pux:se code CEARXRF has been used for analysis benchmark Cd based KXRF polarized beam LXRF systems. indicates thickness soft tissue overlying bone, distance from device to sample, distribution dimensions significantly impact accuracy these methods. Use ratio Keel X ray coherent scattered source photon peak technique minimizes most errors so is improved approach. Using L, Lp rays measure content skin simultaneously provides a method minimizing effect on technique. found be more sensitive.
