摘要: The effects of low and high NaCl diets on plasma glucose insulin responses to ingestion were investigated in 15 patients with essential hypertension. Oral (75 g) tolerance tests carried out while taking (2 g/day) (20 content. Fasting levels both significantly lower during the diet (p less than 0.05). After ingestion, incremental areas under two hour curves smaller (glucose p 0.005 0.025). These findings that increase glycemic response loads suggest use restriction for treatment hypertension may not always be desirable.
