摘要: Emerging evidence suggests that hypoxia-inducible factors (specifically, HIF-1α) and Notch signaling are involved in epileptogenesis cross-coupling exists between HIF-1α other diseases, including tumors ischemia. However, the exact molecular mechanisms by which affect development of epilepsy, especially regarding neurogenesis, remain unclear. In present study, we investigated role neurogenesis whether is this process during assessing hippocampal apoptosis, neuronal injury, proliferation differentiation neural stem cells (NSCs) four groups, control, epilepsy+2-methoxyestradiol (2ME2) epilepsy+GSI-IX (DAPT) groups. Our data demonstrated mediated acute required participation signaling. The immunoprecipitation illustrated activated physically interacting with intracellular domain (NICD) epilepsy. conclusion, our results suggested HIF-1α-Notch enhanced epilepsy was reduced once pathway blocked; thus, members might be potential therapeutic targets for
