摘要: Development of petroleum industries is associated with a number environmental concerns. Among them, soil and groundwater contamination by products major concern. In this study, an integrated risk assessment approach proposed for evaluating risks derived from petroleum-contaminated sites. The composed (i) hydrocarbon spill screening model (HSSM) which used simulating immisicible flow released hydrocarbons in vadose zone, formation lens capillary fringe, dissolution pollutants at water table, transport the to receptors, (ii) fuzzy relation analysis (FRA) developed comprehensively caused different impact characteristics, based on HSSM results. This hybrid HSSM-FPA was applied case study site western Canada, where contaminated industrial wastes containing benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene xylenes (BTEXs). results suggest that HSSM-FRA can provide insight into potential receptor concern downward acquifer serve as basis further remediation-related decision analysis.
