摘要: PHA is a biodegradable and biocompatible natural thermoplastic produced from renewable bioresources hence attracting attention as plastic material for use in the environment and medical fields. In present study, Lynisibacillus sp. strain UEA-20.171 was selected for production of polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) bioreactor. The accumulation polymer bacterium occurs when there an imbalance concentration nitrogen relation to carbon (glucose). After the period adaptation mineral medium 12 24 h, cell division occurred h, and formation biopolymers 36 48 h. It observed that by the isolated UEA-20.171, P(3HB). Keywords: Polyhydroxyalkanoates, polyhydroxybutyrate, bioplastics, Lysinibacillus
