摘要: An apparatus and method for setting a modulation frequency within non-use range so as to reduce ElectroMagnetic Interference (EMI) occurring during in portable terminal are provided. The includes controller set unit. At modulation, the determines whether corresponds inducing EMI. In case where it is determined that EMI, unit resets frequency.
