摘要: This correlational and descriptive study synthesizes previous research regarding the impact of work ethic on job satisfaction when moderated by demographics, dynamics, occupational choice. Data from a sample both exempt non-exempt workers working at Japanese-owned manufacturing plant was used to explore relationship between levels job-satisfaction reported in various categories environments. The consisted 462 individuals who were identified using stratified sampling equal size. obtained responses 328 through respondent non-respondent survey, representing 70% response rate. researcher concluded that 66 non-respondents could be included statistical analysis without prejudice toward OWEI instrument; however, special attention should given any findings involving JSS subscale Fringe Benefits due differences respondents non-respondents. Specials examination also demographic variables age country. employed two robust tests, Wilks’s Lambda Pillai’s Trace, mitigate Exempt made up 46.6% sample, represented 53.4%. Pearson r Multiple Analysis Variance (MANOVA) analyzing data. instruments showed an overall positive, low though significant correlation.
