摘要: It is usually considered that the story of magnetism begins with a mineral called magnetite (Fe3O4), first magnetic material known to man. However, oxidation magnetite, which occurs at very low temperatures ( > 50 °C), results in maghemite (γ-Fe2O3). Both are similar materials structure (spineltype) and properties, makes it difficult differentiate them, but they differ significantly optical electrical characteristics. The main advantage over its chemical stability.
