摘要: A mesocosm experiment was performed to study the influence of nutrients on activity and diversity bacterial assemblages from Mediterranean Sea. Changes in predominant populations were monitored by DGGE fingerprinting PCR products derived 16S rRNA encoding genes. Fluctuations most active inferred performing basis cellular after reverse transcription amplification. DNA-derived patterns obtained duplicate control nutrient-enriched mesocosms showed differences development communities between experimental mesocosms. Multidimensional scaling analysis fingerprints indicated that treatments reproducible. DNA- RNA-derived changed over time, showing composition assemblages, as well during different phases incubation. Sequences bands similar gene sequences members α-, γ- δ-Proteobacteria Cytophaga-Flavobacterium-Bacteroides phylum (CFB). Bands corresponding Ruegeria-like bacteria CFB became especially dominant course incubation, suggesting these important contributors production post-grazing phase experiment.
