摘要: In this paper we formulate the dynamic network user equilibrium problem as a variational inequality in discrete time terms of unit path cost functions. We then show how arc exit flow functions and nested operators can be used to calculate costs given departure route choices users. also demonstrate that, assuming certain regularity conditions hold, is guaranteed exist. Finally, heuristic algorithm numerical results are presented.
