摘要: The quantum Hall effect and the emergence of value h/e2 is found to be understood within five steps. Here h Planck's constant e charge electron. resistivity become a function spin. For positive spin, one but for negative sign in another occurs. In this way, there is never only doubling values. h/e' special case more general dependence on We investigate Landau levels. extreme q antum limit, n=O, effective electron becomes (1I2)ge. fractional arises fmite angular momentum. There formation spin clusters. As field increases, phase transition from Y:! 3/2 so that g 4 various values n levels, g(n+ 112), form plateaus resistivity. finite orbital momenta, many charges emerge. as well integral are full agreement with experimental data. generalised h/[(l/2)ge]e which under conditions h/e", ratio square charge. flux usually quantised units
