摘要: Improvement of fuel properties is essential for the suppression diesel pollutant emissions along with optimization combustion-related design factors and exhaust after-treatment equipment. Studies conducted in past have shown that a significant reduction pollutants using oxygenates as alcohols, ethers, glycol methylals carbonates. The present paper experimentally investigates influence oxygenated fuels on use two different synthetic compounds namely Diphenyl ether (DPE) Diethelene dimethyl (DIGLYME). Several blends, which contain 10% 15% by volume DPE DIGLYME, were prepared effect these blends emission characteristics studied twin cylinder direct injection engine. tested under load conditions results shows, there engine hydrocarbon carbon mono oxide while coefficient light absorption smoke opacimeter decreases about 50% DPE10, DIGLYME10 blend it was reduced 60%for DPE15 DIGLYME15 .
