摘要: Although physical activity (PA) is a key element in the prevention and management of type 2 diabetes, many with this chronic disease do not become or remain regularly active. High-quality studies establishing importance exercise fitness diabetes were lacking until recently, but it now well established that participation regular PA improves blood glucose control can prevent delay along positively affecting lipids, pressure, cardiovascular events, mortality, quality life. Structured interventions combining modest weight loss have been shown to lower risk by up 58% high-risk populations. Most benefits on are realized through acute improvements insulin action, accomplished both aerobic resistance training. The training discussed, recommendations for varying activities, PA-associated management, prevention, gestational mellitus, safe effective practices diabetes-related complications.
