摘要: 2 Abstract: Three hundred and ninety six Hubbard Classic commercial day old chicks were used to determine the effect of Ground Prosopis juliflora Pods (GPJP) inclusion in broilers ration at levels 0 (T1), 10 (T2), 20 (T3) 30% (T4) on chemical fatty acid composition, meat sensory quality hematological status birds. The birds fed with rations for 45 days. experiment was arranged a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) four treatments, each replicated three times 33 per replicate. Data feed intake recorded every day. amount nutrients consumed determined as difference between offered refused Dry Matter (DM) basis. At end experiment, randomly selected from replicate (12 treatment) slaughtered by severing jugular vein free flow blood collected into labeled sterile universal bottles. dressed hand, carcass parts dissected, individually weighed breast thigh muscles deboned kept refrigerator -20°C determination acids composition evaluation characteristics. Intakes DM finisher, crude protein during starter fiber ether extract starter, ash finisher phases significantly different (p 0.05). Intestine higher level (30% GPJP) showed minor lesions, which could be attributed coccidiosis infection encountered experiment. This study indicated that up GPJP broiler diet did not altered test meat, but there is evidence highest impaired immune response animals parasitic infection.
