摘要: Cities throughout the world currently are exploring ways that arts and culture can serve as an economic engine, build name recognition become a source of civic pride through mix policy, branding, development. I examine the relationship between cultural policy increased presence culture on the development agenda in Toronto New York during decade the 2000s. hypothesize is more driven by motivations, that Toronto’s interest lies brand building aspect city building.
